The tourist information centre is operated as a facility headed by the Museum of Nativity Scenes.
Under unified information centre classification standards, the T.I.C. is classified as C. It is located within a corner of Masaryk Square in the premises of the Museum of Nativity Scenes. It has a barrier-free access. The tourist information centre has recently extended its provision beyond standard services to include sales of items and tickets for cultural events in Třebechovice pod Orebem.
